the\u00a0<strong>Office for Disability\u00a0Issues<\/strong> (ODI) by <strong>Penny Mordaunt<\/strong>, Minister for Disabled People, Health and Work.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Philip Rycroft\u00a0<\/strong>has taken up a role as Second Permanent Secretary at the <strong>Department for Exiting the European Union.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Professor Julius Weinberg\u00a0<\/strong>has been appointed as the next Chair of <strong>Ofsted<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Julian Knight\u00a0<\/strong>has been discharged from the Communities and Local Government restoring a power-sharing cross community government in <strong>Northern Ireland<\/strong> were given a deadline of <strong>18th April.\u00a0<\/strong>At this point, there is still a lack of agreement between the parties.\u00a0Sources at the talks have described the government\u2019s planned moves if the negotiations fail as \u201cdirect rule by stealth\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align:
