Dionne was previously online editor at The Voice<\/li>\n<li>Calum Rutter has been appointed reporter at the <strong>Surrey Comet<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Perry Austin-Clarke is to step down as group editor at the <strong>Telegraph &amp; Argus<\/strong>.
