Jordan Bunker\u2019s self-titled blog<\/a> features inspiring fashion related content to suit his own personal style. With a preference for dark hues, including black, grey and navy, and an eye for design, Jordan documents his style using creative imagery. Jordan\u2019s blog documents hidden gems that he finds during trips away, and beautifully presents them for his readers to find. What inspired you to blog?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>I\u2019ve always had a keen interest in menswear and after writing for other\u00a0publications for a few years and learning more about the industry, I wanted to\u00a0create a platform that focused on my personal style.<\/p>\n

Was it easy coming up with the name for your blog?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Well, I guess I have my parents to thank for the name? Some bloggers have\u00a0been able to think of some great names, but I wanted to keep it simple.<\/p>\n

Which blogs do you read on a daily basis?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>I keep tabs on quite a few, but Buckets & Spades<\/a>, Cup of Couple<\/a> and The All\u00a0Night Listening Post<\/a> are three of my favourites.<\/p>\n

Which photographer(s) do you work with?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>I have been fortunate enough to work with some very talented photographers to\u00a0produce some great content. I work with Matthew Pike of Buckets & Spades quite\u00a0a lot, Joseph Galvin and a fellow Leicester creative, Natalie Jade Reading.<\/p>\n

What does fashion mean to you?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>To an extent, fashion gives us the chance to express our personalities, be\u00a0creative and push boundaries.<\/p>\n

Which are your favourite brands?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>I\u2019m a massive admirer of Norse Projects, Albam, Percival Menswear, Universal\u00a0Works and Danish brand, Hansen Garments.<\/p>\n

Have you been able to build a relationship with them and how did you go\u00a0about this?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Through blogging, I\u2019ve been able to meet a couple of the brands I\u2019ve mentioned\u00a0above. Social media is a great way of connecting with your favourite brands and\u00a0starting up a conversation.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s the biggest campaign you\u2019ve ever been part of?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Tough question. I\u2019ve been able to work with some very established brands and\u00a0campaigns. Most recently, I worked on my first piece of video content with River\u00a0Island to promote their Spring\/Summer collection and that was very exciting.<\/p>\n

Do you approach brands for collaborations?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Most definitely! If you\u2019re someone with an idea and you have the tools to create it,\u00a0there is no harm in pitching to brands. It\u2019s good to be constantly thinking of new ideas.<\/p>\n

How important is social media for your blog?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Massively. It\u2019s a way of promoting the work I\u2019m creating over on my blog and\u00a0receive feedback on the work I produce. One of the best things about what I do is\u00a0hearing people\u2019s views on a new photo or new blog post, both good and bad.<\/p>\n

Which fashion designers and fashion bloggers do you admire?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>I wouldn\u2019t say I necessarily admire a specific fashion designer or fashion blogger,\u00a0but I definitely feel inspired by creative\u2019s my own age. I think it\u2019s great when\u00a0young people run with their own ideas and vision.<\/p>\n

Where do you see yourself 5 years from now in relation to your blog?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>The classic five years from now question! I hope to still be blogging and enjoying\u00a0it still. If these are both fulfilled, then I\u2019ll be happy.<\/p>\n

What advice do you have for aspiring men\u2019s fashion bloggers?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Ignore numbers and invest time in focusing on the quality of your work.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
