While attention was initially focussed on David Davis\u2019 lack of briefing notes at a photo opportunity on Monday, the real hurdle now seems to be a lack of detail around key issues.<\/li>\n<li>The Cabinet continues to show division: after a week of leaks focussing on Phillip Hammond, key figures in the Conservative party are calling for unity, or as Michael Fallon has put it, \u2018\u2019military discipline\u2019\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>One area the Cabinet has agreed on is that of a \u2018transitional period\u2019.
