\n<\/strong>The Daily Telegraph<\/em> reports<\/a> that Brexit Secretary Dominic Raab has warned that the UK will not pay its divorce bill if it leaves the EU without a deal, using a meeting today to tell the EU\u2019s chief negotiator Michel Barnier \u2018There\u2019s no deal without the whole deal.\u2019 Writing in prior to the release of 28 new no-deal technical notices, he dismisses \u2018scaremongering nonsense\u2019. The Sun<\/em> adds<\/a> that the Government has reached agreement with the four largest mobile phone providers to continue to offer free roaming in Europe after Brexit.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>The Times<\/em> says<\/a> that Justin Welby has been criticised by Conservative MPs after he used a speech to the TUC to claim that online giants such as Amazon \u2018leech off the taxpayer\u2019 and called for a \u2018new unionisation\u2019 of the UK. He also called on the Government to scrap Universal Credit and to end the need for food banks and night shelters.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>The Times<\/em> claims<\/a> that Theresa May is planning to announce strict post-Brexit immigration controls at her party\u2019s conference in a bid to win over Brexiteers, with the Cabinet to agree a policy at a meeting less than a week before. Today, Shadow Home Secretary Diane Abbott will put forward Labour\u2019s proposed new immigration system, including a simplified visa structure, The Guardian<\/em> says<\/a>.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Speaking<\/a> to The Guardian<\/em>, Gordon Brown said that the world is \u2018in danger of sleepwalking\u2019 into another financial crisis and was now \u2018leaderless\u2019, so the co-operation which tackled the crisis in 2008 \u2018would not be possible\u2019. He warned that lessons from that crisis had not been learnt and \u2018the penalties for wrong-doing have not been increased sufficiently\u2019.<\/p>\n
