Making the front page of The Daily Telegraph midweek, the story was headlined \u2018The British #MeToo scandal which cannot be revealed\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>With speculation rife over the \u2018leading business\u2019 who was at the centre of the storm (including <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Lord_Sugar\/status\/1055156208821288961\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this amusing denial<\/a> from Lord Sugar), Lord Hain used his parliamentary privilege to name Sir Philip Green as the man behind the injunction.<\/p>\n<p>As reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itv.com\/news\/2018-10-26\/lord-hain-defends-decision-to-name-sir-philip-green-in-abuse-allegation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ITV News<\/a>, Green has \u2018categorically and wholly\u2019 denied being guilty of any \u2018unlawful sexual or racist behaviour\u2019. Hain has been criticised for using parliamentary privilege \u2013 and the Guardian <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/politics\/2018\/oct\/26\/naming-of-philip-green-will-reopen-issue-of-parliamentary-privilege\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reports<\/a> this will now reopen the issue of whether MPs or Lords should be able to speak with impunity.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s also likely to throw the use of injunctions into the spotlight, with many MPs earlier this week claiming you shouldn\u2019t be able to \u2018buy silence\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Expect this one to rumble on.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>2. The new format has never really sat well with listeners who have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/news\/entertainment-arts-44536868\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">complained<\/a> about the lack of chemistry between the two presenters.<\/p>\n<p>BBC News reports that Mayo will not be moving to a rival broadcaster, despite social media reports suggesting otherwise. He will continue to co-host the film show at 5 Live with Mark Kermode.<\/p>\n<p>Mayo\u2019s departure is part of a bigger catalogue of changes at Radio 2 \u2013 not only will the Drivetime show get a new host (Whiley is moving back to the evening slot), the breakfast show is losing Chris Evans in the New Year when he is replaced by Zoe Ball. Radio is often overlooked when we discuss PR and campaigns, but with 50 million radio listeners a week, it\u2019s still one of the most popular media channels in the UK and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vuelio.com\/uk\/blog\/are-you-taking-advantage-of-the-digital-radio-boom\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PRs should take note<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>4. Now he may have his first issue to tackle \u2013 no not the \u00a3500,000 fine for the Cambridge Analytica data breach issued by the ICO \u2013 but <a href=\"https:\/\/news.vice.com\/en_us\/article\/wj9mny\/facebooks-political-ad-tool-let-us-buy-ads-paid-for-by-mike-pence-and-isis?utm_campaign=sharebutton\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VICE News pulling apart Facebook\u2019s \u2018more transparent\u2019 political advertising<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>VICE placed ads on behalf of prominent political figures including Mike Pence and Tom Perez, which Facebook approved. It also approved an advert on behalf of \u2018Islamic State\u2019. While not coming directly from the church itself, the Pope apparently approves of the idea. The app group\u2019s executive director, Ricardo Grzona, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/2018\/10\/24\/18018446\/follow-jc-go-pokemon-go-clone-vatican\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a>: \u2018You know, Francis is not a very technological person, but he was in awe, he understood the idea, what we were trying to do: combine technology with evangelization\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>The app is called \u2018Follow JC Go!\u2019. As <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/TylerHuckabee\/status\/1055133778874679298\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">one Twitter user pointed out<\/a> they missed a trick \u2013 they should have called it Pop\u00e9mon Go.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seen something we missed?
