May said a \u2018decisive step\u2019 had been taken, but the paper claims that nine ministers expressed concerns during the meeting. The details of the agreement show that the UK will remain in a customs union with the EU indefinitely unless a solution is found for the Irish border, with no right to withdraw unilaterally and Northern Ireland continuing to follow additional single market rules.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/politics\/2018\/11\/14\/brexit-cabinet-erupted-massive-bust-up-esther-mcvey-theresa\/?utm_campaign=Political%20Services%20Publications&amp;utm_source=hs_email&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;_hsenc=p2ANqtz-9LzfS7_EsWv4aD8Sbsix0W0SvFg8C7yVQM8ag9qmTCWpaBpOWWFzEfjCzGk_pLxg_YibWg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-hs-link-id=\"0\">According<\/a>\u00a0to\u00a0<em>The Daily Telegraph<\/em>, however, eleven ministers spoke against the plan, including Esther McVey, who was described by sources as \u2018emotional\u2019 and \u2018aggressive\u2019.
