David Thomas<\/strong>, Lesley Ainsworth<\/strong>, Simon Polito<\/strong> and Tim Tutton<\/strong> have been appointed both as members of the Financial Conduct Authority\u2019s Competition Decisions Committee and of the Payment Systems Regulator\u2019s Competition Decisions Committee and Enforcement Decisions Committee (more info<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Graham Love<\/strong> has been appointed as Non-Executive Chair of the Royal Mint (more info<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Chris Stenton<\/strong>, Ian Lawson<\/strong>, John Cherrie<\/strong>, Kim Burton<\/strong>, Max Henderson, Valentina Gallo<\/strong> have been appointed as members of the Industrial Injuries Advisory Council at the Department of Work and Pensions (more info<\/a>).<\/p>\n

John Crackett<\/strong> has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Ofgem at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (more info<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Margaret Beels<\/strong> has been reappointed as Chair and Michael Rich<\/strong> has been appointed as Chief Executive of the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority at the Home Office. They will take up their roles from January 2019 (more info<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Ian Todd<\/strong> has been named as the Chief Executive of the Security Industry Authority at the Home Office. He will take up this role on 25th February (more info<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Tim Lowe<\/strong> has been appointed as Acting Chief Executive and Accounting Officer of the UK Hydrographic Office at the Ministry of Defence. He will take up this role at the end of January (more info<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Stephen Nuttall<\/strong> will join the Content Board at Ofcom, Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (more info<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Alisdair Walker<\/strong> has been appointed as Her Majesty\u2019s Ambassador to the State of Eritrea (more info<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Huw Irranca-Davies<\/strong> has left his role as Minister for Children, Older People and Social Care (more info<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Ken Skates\u2019 <\/strong>title has changed from Cabinet Secretary for Economy and Transport to Minister for Economy and Transport (more info<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Kirsty Williams\u2019 <\/strong>title has changed from Cabinet Secretary for Education to Minister for Education (more info<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Dafydd Elis-Thomas<\/strong> remains as Deputy Minister for Culture, Sport & Tourism (title was previously Minister Culture, Sport & Tourism (more info<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Julie James<\/strong> became Minister for Housing and Local Government (previously Leader of the House and Chief Whip) (more info<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Hannah Blythyn<\/strong> was appointed Deputy Minister for Housing and Local Government (she was previously Minister for Environment) (more info<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Rebecca Evans<\/strong> has been appointed Minister for Finance and Trefnydd (she was previously Minister for Housing and Regeneration) (more info<\/a>).<\/p>\n
