Howard Boyd\u2019s second term will run from 19 September 2019 until 18 September 2022 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/news\/environment-agency-chair-reappointed\">more info<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dame Jayne-Anne Gadhia<\/strong> was appointed as an external member of the Bank of England\u2019s Financial Policy Committee (FPC) in January 2019. She will now join the FPC in April 2020, rather than April 2019. <strong>Martin Taylor<\/strong> has agreed to continue in his role on the FPC until Dame Jayne-Anne starts in 2020 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/news\/changes-to-the-financial-policy-committee\">more info<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sir Hayden Phillips<\/strong> has been reappointed Chair of the Reviewing Committee on the Export of Works of Art for a for a term of three years commencing on 17 March 2019. <strong>Christopher Rowell<\/strong> and <strong>Peter<\/strong> <strong>Barber<\/strong> have also been reappointed as Committee members, each for a term of four years commencing respectively on 10 April 2019 and 1 August (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/news\/chair-and-two-committee-members-reappointed-to-reviewing-committee-on-the-export-of-works-of-art\">more info<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Simon Peyton
