Andrew Jenkins<\/strong> has been appointed as the new Fintech Envoy for Northern Ireland.<\/p>\n

Ben Derbyshire<\/strong>, Helena Hamerow<\/strong> and Sue Wilkinson<\/strong> have been appointed as Commissioners of the Historic England Board, for four years.<\/p>\n

Ben Verwaayen<\/strong> has been reappointed as a board member at the Office of Communications, for four years.<\/p>\n

Brian Jones<\/strong> has been appointed as High Commissioner to Solomon Islands and non-resident High Commissioner to the Republic of Nauru, succeeding David Ward.<\/p>\n

Brian Leveson<\/strong> has been appointed to replace Adrian Fulford as Investigatory Powers Commissioner at the Investigatory Powers Commissioner\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n

Chris Armitt<\/strong> has been appointed as Deputy Chief Constable at the Civil Nuclear Constabulary.<\/p>\n

David Jackson<\/strong>, Linda Neilan<\/strong>, Peter Caldwell<\/strong> and Peter McMurray<\/strong> have had their roles on the Northern Ireland Local Government Officers\u2019 Superannuation Committee extended for six months or until permanent committee members have been appointed.<\/p>\n

Helen Fordee<\/strong> and Jeannette Strickland<\/strong> have been reappointed as members of the Advisory Committee on National Records and Archives, for two years.<\/p>\n

Jim Harra<\/strong> is now interim Chief Executive of HM Revenue & Customs, replacing Jonathan Thompson.<\/p>\n

Jonathan Brearley<\/strong> has been chosen to replace Dermot Nolan as Chief Executive at the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets in February.<\/p>\n

Jonathan Thompson<\/strong> is now Chief Executive of the Financial Reporting Council.<\/p>\n

Sarah Falk<\/strong> has been appointed as a Senior Judicial Commissioner at the Judicial Appointments Commission, for three years.<\/p>\n

House of Lords<\/h3>\n

Lord Bishop of Chester<\/strong> retired on 30th<\/sup>\u00a0September.<\/p>\n

Lord Ashton of Hyde<\/strong> replaced Lord Taylor of Holbeach as a Deputy Chairman of Committees, and replaced him as a member on the Procedure Committee, Selection Committee and Services Committee.<\/p>\n

Baroness Chisholm of Owlpen<\/strong> and Lord Bethell<\/strong> have left the Communication Committee. Baroness Scott of Bybrook<\/strong> and Baroness Meyer<\/strong> have joined.<\/p>\n

Earl Howe<\/strong> has replaced Baroness Evans of Bowes Park on the Liaison Committee.<\/p>\n

Lord Judge<\/strong> became Convener of the Crossbench Peers, replacing Lord Hope of Craighead, and replaced him as a member on the Liaison Committee, Procedure Committee, Selection Committee and Services Committee.<\/p>\n

Lord Mancroft<\/strong> has replaced Baroness Meyer Social on the Economic Impact of the Gambling Industry Committee.<\/p>\n

Baroness Newlove<\/strong> has replaced Baroness Bloomfield of Hinton Waldrist on the Joint Committee on Statutory Instruments.<\/p>\n
