Willard<\/strong> has been appointed as first Estuary Envoy and Chair of the Thames Estuary Growth Board (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/news\/estuary-envoy-appointed-to-spearhead-ambitious-thames-estuary-growth-plans\">more info<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jim Harra<\/strong> appointed as the new Chief Executive and First Permanent Secretary at HMRC, succeeding Sir Jonathan Thompson (<a
