Great customer insight leads to the right messaging and makes a bigger impact on your business.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can only get this insight by listening to your customers and target audience, and there is a wealth of knowledge to be uncovered in your customer-facing teams. So, here are five ways to get to know your customers:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">1. One to one interviews<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong>Interviews are a great opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of your customers\u2019 challenges and goals. Focus groups<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span>Group sessions are great for testing out new ideas and finding out more about a specific set of problems.
