<strong>Hugh Edmund Nelson<\/strong>, BA, MTh, to the Suffragan See of St Germans.<\/p>\n<p>The Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media, and Sport has selected <strong>Rhodri Williams<\/strong> as her preferred candidate for the Chair of S4C.<\/p>\n<p>Secretary of State for Transport Grant Shapps has appointed two new traffic commissioners:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gerallt Evans<\/strong> to
