{"id":129365,"date":"2020-04-01T11:31:10","date_gmt":"2020-04-01T10:31:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vuelio.com\/uk\/?p=129365"},"modified":"2020-04-01T11:31:10","modified_gmt":"2020-04-01T10:31:10","slug":"six-months-of-free-prca-membership-offered-to-prs-impacted-by-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vuelio.com\/uk\/blog\/six-months-of-free-prca-membership-offered-to-prs-impacted-by-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Six months of free PRCA membership offered to PRs impacted by COVID-19"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The PRCA is offering six months of free individual membership to PR professionals who have lost their job or who are self-employed and have experienced a decline in their income as a result of the COVID-19 crisis.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The offer is open to those who are already members of the PRCA as well as non-members, and the industry body plans to accept the word of practitioners who report financial losses.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Sadly, plenty of people in our industry have already lost their job or their income, or will do so in the coming months,\u2019 said PRCA Director General Francis Ingham of the move.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018There is no small print \u2013 we shall take accept people\u2019s own judgement when they say they\u2019ve lost a \u2018significant\u2019 amount of self-employed income.
