Caroline Wilson CMG<\/strong> has been appointed Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the People\u2019s Republic of China in succession to Dame Barbara Woodward DCMG OBE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Alan Gemmell OBE<\/strong> has been appointed British Deputy High Commissioner for Western India. He will also serve as Her Majesty\u2019s Trade Commissioner for South Asia.<\/p>\n

Siobhan Peters<\/strong> has been appointed as Chief Finance Officer of UK Research and Innovation.<\/p>\n

Sir George Norton<\/strong> has been appointed as Commandant Royal College of Defence Studies. He will take up this role from 21 July.<\/p>\n

Sue Wilkinson OBE<\/strong> has been re-appointed as Trustee of the Historic Royal Palaces.<\/p>\n

Caroline Cole<\/strong>, Nico Lacuzzi<\/strong> and Surojit Ghosh<\/strong> have been re-appointed as Trustees of the Horniman Museum.<\/p>\n

Heather Blyth<\/strong>, Paul Eccleson<\/strong>, Rita Mclean<\/strong> and Tony Wilson<\/strong> have been appointed as Trustees of the National Museums Liverpool for three years. Isabel Chadwick<\/strong> has been appointed as Finance Trustee for four years.<\/p>\n

Dr Hilary Allison<\/strong>, Professor Julian Evans<\/strong> and Sandy Storrie<\/strong> have been appointed as Non-Executive Commissioners Forestry Commission for three years.<\/p>\n

Rena Lalgie<\/strong> has been appointed as Governor of Bermuda. She will take up the role in December 2020.<\/p>\n

John Virgoe<\/strong> has been appointed as High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam. He will take up this role in August 2020.<\/p>\n

David Belgrove OBE<\/strong> has been appointed as High Commissioner to The Gambia. He will take up this role in July.<\/p>\n

Neil Bradley<\/strong> has been appointed as Ambassador to Liberia. He will take up this role in July.<\/p>\n

Professor Kevin Davies<\/strong> has been appointed as Medical Director Advisory Committee on Clinical Excellence Awards for three years. He will take up this role from 1 July.<\/p>\n
