The Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) is showcasing the strategic value of PR<\/a> to organisations with the release of its new guide \u2018Communicating in a Crisis<\/a>\u2019. <\/strong><\/p>\n

21 case studies \u2013 entries from the 2021 CIPR Excellence Awards\u2019 Best COVID Response category – detail the way organisations utilised public relations to manage crisis and includes tips for businesses on making the most of their own PR teams.<\/p>\n

The award-winning case studies featured include:<\/p>\n
