It was voted one of the world&#8217;s best travel blogs by The Daily Telegraph and \u2018best for luxury\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">What makes your blog different?<\/span><br \/><\/b>The high quality and depth of content. We publish posts on a daily basis and have more than 300 contributors, each of them experts in their particular area within the luxury travel industry. Our reach is also much greater than that of most travel blogs.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">What&#8217;s your favourite blog and why?<\/span><br \/><\/b>For combining two of my hobbies \u2013 travel and photography \u2013 I enjoy <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stuckincustoms.com\/\" title=\"Stuck in Customs\" target=\"_blank\">Stuck In Customs<\/a>. It&#8217;s one of those sites you visit and come away thinking, \u2018I wish my photography was as good as that\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">What advice would you give to someone who wants to start a blog?<\/span><br \/><\/b>Find a niche (very important) and only enter into it if you&#8217;re fully committed and prepared to put the hours in for a prolonged period of time. The rewards are unlikely to come straight away so you really need to persevere and be in it for the long haul. A good PR company (sadly they are in a minority) will read and digest this carefully, and pitch accordingly.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">What do PRs do that&#8217;s bad?<\/span><br \/><\/b>They don&#8217;t read it, and think those guidelines are for other PR companies and not them.
