I also write about London, so people that live in the city or travel to it can find out what to do and where to go.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><b>What makes your blog different?<\/b><\/span><br \/> My blog is different because I only write about things that I have experienced firsthand, and I use my own photography and videos. It is a trusted source of information because my readers know that I have been somewhere and am covering it from firsthand knowledge.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><b>What advice would you give to someone who wants to start a blog?<\/b><\/span><br \/> I teach classes and webinars about blogging, so I have a lot to say on that subject! At the very beginning, it is important to choose a good name for your blog. Make sure that it is broad enough to encompass all of the things you will cover and far-sighted enough to not look dated after a few years.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><b>Is there anywhere in the world you would still like to travel to?<\/b><\/span><br \/> Botswana and Mozambique are at the top of my list. I will be heading their way in a few weeks, which is very exciting! After that, Ethiopia, the Galapagos, Sicily, and the Ile de Re are high priorities.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><b>How does a good PR work with you?<\/b><\/span><br \/> A good PR knows what I am interested in and has taken the time to read my blog before approaching me. She or he is clear about expectations and understands how my business works.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><b>What do PRs do that&#8217;s bad?<\/b><\/span><br \/> Sending irrelevant press releases isn&#8217;t a great strategy.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><b>Do you have any surprising hobbies or interests?<\/b><\/span><br \/> All of my hobbies and interests come through on the blog, particularly travel and food.
