Fittingly, for an episode titled \u2018The Empty Hearse\u2019, this news was announced with a vehicle on the streets of London. An empty hearse.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Described by Michael Price as, \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/michael__price\/status\/406363529130700800\" title=\"Best Airdate announcement\" target=\"_blank\">Best air date announcement ever<\/a>\u2019, the hearse has been driving round popular Sherlock locations in London today, including St. Bart\u2019s Hospital where the character \u2018fell\u2019 to his \u2018death\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Twitter is very excited about the stunt, led by <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BBCOne\" title=\"BBC One on twitter\" target=\"_blank\">@BBCOne<\/a> which has changed its name to <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%23sherlocklives&#038;src=hash\" title=\"Sherlock Lives\" target=\"_blank\">#SherlockLives<\/a>. Thousands of people have been tweeting and RT images of the hearse today. One of the first tweets of the hearse came from Susan Kirk, who has 24 followers on Twitter.
