Although many dealt with the technical aspects of birth and motherhood I didn&#8217;t read anything that spoke about how women felt. As well as writing for <a title=\"The Sun\" href=\"http:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/sol\/homepage\/\">The Sun<\/a>, I began teaching pregnancy yoga in 2006 and it was in this role that I collected birth stories from women I&#8217;ve taught.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">How is digital media changing your role as a literary journalist?<\/span><br \/>\n<\/b>It&#8217;s making it more exciting and competitive. It means that publishers have to up their game and I think that&#8217;s a good thing. People don&#8217;t have to go through the publishing house route anymore.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">How do you use social media?<\/span><br \/>\n<\/b>I use Facebook for personal things \u2013 pictures of my son etc. \u2013 although I also have a page for my book and children&#8217;s yoga app that I&#8217;ve created <a title=\"Zak and Zelda children's yoga\" href=\"http:\/\/www.zakandzelda.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">www.zakandzelda.co.uk<\/a>. I use <a title=\"Sun Books Column Twitter account\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/sunbookscolumn\" target=\"_blank\">Twitter<\/a> for work.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">How does writing for different sections work?<\/span><br \/>\n<\/b>I generally just write for features; woman&#8217;s pages, travel \u2013 generally about books but also women and children&#8217;s issues \u2013 oh and yoga!<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">What kind of audience do you write for in The Sun?
