Shadi Halliwell has been appointed group marketing and creative director, responsible for brand development, advertising and marketing. She joins from telecoms firm O2, where she was head of brand and marcomms. Emma Byrne has been appointed group communications director, joining from Barclays&#8217; Retail Businesses, where she held the same position. She will be responsible for both internal and external communications. Byrn joined on April 28, 2014, while Halliwell will join on June 9, 2014.
