Immediate Media Co, the special interest content and platform company, has announced the acquisition of Future Publishing\u2019s Sport and Craft titles. Future\u2019s shareholders were notified about the \u00a324m deal on 29 May, which is set to complete during the summer, subject to shareholder approval.<\/p>\n
Future\u2019s market-leading Sport titles reach over 4.7 million unique users a month, and will join Immediate\u2019s fast-growing digital network. Focused on cycling, the Sport portfolio includes\u00a0BikeRadar.com<\/strong><\/a>, alongside\u00a0Cyclingnews.com<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0The print portfolio has a monthly circulation of more than 100,000 with Cycling Plus\u00a0<\/strong>delivering 14 years of continuous circulation growth, alongside other leading titles\u00a0Procycling<\/strong>\u00a0and the market leader for off road cyclists,\u00a0Mountain Biking UK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Immediate CEO Tom Bureau says: ‘We are delighted to have reached this agreement with Future.
