Today\u2019s advent blogger is\u00a0Josephine Middleton<\/a><\/strong>, author of\u00a0Slummy Single Mummy<\/a><\/strong>, one of UK’s leading parenting blogs.<\/p>\n

We asked Jo four very special and festive questions:<\/p>\n

1. Where are you spending Christmas this year?<\/b><\/p>\n

This year I will be spending Christmas with my daughters, my mum and her partner and my Auntie Jill\u00a0and her daughter, Holly. Jill is hosting us and we’ll be doing a big family M&S shop beforehand!<\/p>\n

2. What is the worst Christmas present you have ever received?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I’m not sure I have ever had a truly awful Christmas present. My family and friends are very thoughtful\u00a0when it comes to gifts and so even though I’m a bit fussy I don’t ever really hate anything.\u00a0A boyfriend\u00a0(of several years) did once get me earrings when I didn’t have my ears pierced…<\/p>\n

3. Do you take Christmas off or do you keep blogging?<\/b><\/p>\n

I shall probably be taking a week or so off around Christmas but I do tend to want to get back into\u00a0work quite quickly. I love the build up and will be playing Christmas songs for weeks beforehand, but\u00a0once the big day is done I want to get back to normal.<\/p>\n

4. What\u2019s your new year\u2019s resolution?<\/b><\/p>\n

I haven’t even thought about New Year’s resolutions yet! I suppose my resolution should be to crack\u00a0on with list of 40 things I want to do before I’m 40\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n
