She is set to join DriveTribe as director of content operations<\/li>\n<li>Philip Maughan has left his role as assistant editor at the <strong>New Statesman<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fashion, lifestyle and entertainment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bauer Media<\/strong> has appointed Nicola Bates managing director of the newly-created Hobbies portfolio.\u00a0 This brings together a wide variety of titles including Country Walking, Trail, Trail Running, Bird Watching, Digital Photo and Practical Photography, Steam Railway and Model Rail, Your Horse, Practical Fishkeeping and Pet Product Marketing and their brand extensions, including the Your Horse Live event. She starts her role on 4<sup>th<\/sup> July<\/li>\n<li>Suzanne Scott has been appointed acting associate beauty editor at <strong>PORTER<\/strong> and <strong>THE EDIT<\/strong>. She was previously beauty editor at Marie Claire<\/li>\n<li>There have been a number of editorial changes at <strong>Best<\/strong> magazine. Sarah Whiteley has been promoted to features editor from her previous role as deputy features editor. Shelley Marsden has been appointed senior showbiz writer and Danielle Southwood has been appointed acting lifestyle assistant at the title<\/li>\n<li>Rosie Conroy has been appointed digital food editor at the <strong>GoodtoKnow<\/strong> and <strong>woman&amp;home<\/strong> websites covering Anna Sbuttoni&#8217;s maternity leave<\/li>\n<li>Nick Pope has been appointed deputy digital editor at <strong>Esquire<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Katie O&#8217;Malley has been appointed digital writer at <strong>ELLE UK.COM<\/strong>. She was previously editorial assistant at Stylist<\/li>\n<li>Lisa Evans has been appointed editor at <strong>Bath Life<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Sian Meades has been appointed editor at <strong>World Travel Guides<\/strong>. She starts her role on Monday 27th July and replaces current editor Daniel\u00a0Gumble who is leaving to join Music Week as news editor<\/li>\n<li>Tom Banks has been appointed acting editor at <strong>Design Week<\/strong>. He was previously news editor at the title<\/li>\n<li>Jake Kanter has left his role as news editor at <strong>Broadcast<\/strong>. He is to join <strong>Business Insider<\/strong> as media editor in July<\/li>\n<li>David Golledge has been appointed digital content manager at <strong>Travel Weekly<\/strong>. He replaces Tom Irwin who has now left the title<\/li>\n<li>Emily Sutherland has been appointed features writer at <strong>Drapers<\/strong>.
