According to a recent Daily Mail<\/a> article, some brands are willing to pay Instagrammers and bloggers as much as \u00a32,000 per image, in the hope it will act as an ad for their products.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In many of our spotlight interviews bloggers complain of being asked to work for free, but thanks to the app Takumi, this is beginning to change. Much like our media database<\/a>,\u00a0Takumi connects Instagrammers with brands looking to partner them, enabling influencers to make thousands of pounds each year by agreeing to take pictures of their products and posting them online.<\/p>\n

Through these partnerships, all types of bloggers and\u00a0Instagrammers have been able to give up their jobs and focus full-time on Instagramming their pictures.<\/p>\n

In an interview with the Daily Mail, Fashion and beauty influencer, Ivona Moore<\/a> who makes more than \u00a3100 for every picture she posts online after receiving briefs from brands through the app Takumi\u00a0said:\u00a0‘it’s a great opportunity for brands to be exposed by bloggers. I can make over \u00a3100 by posting a picture. I believe more advanced bloggers with more following can gain more money.<\/p>\n

‘Imagine just taking photos for a living? So many bloggers are able to do that nowadays. Everything is possible if you invest your time’.<\/p>\n

Twenty-two-year-old lifestyle influencer Neel Patel (also known as Flunking Monkey)<\/a>\u00a0gave up his job as an editor for a science company to focus full-time on being an influencer.\u00a0Through the Takumi app, he has teamed up with brands,\u00a0he was flown to Holland, all expenses paid in return for posting pictures on his account,\u00a0and can make up to \u00a3300 for posting just one picture on his account.<\/p>\n

Neel Patel said that he didn’t know much about Takumi at first, or that it was even possible for him to make money through Instagram, but insists that his job still does require hard work.<\/p>\n

‘It’s a very unpredictable industry’, said Neel, ‘if I were to receive three to four campaigns or more a month I would earn the same as someone working a nine to five. Although it’s not to be taken lightly, as a lot of hard work and effort goes into every campaign, it’s not easy money as much as the images may portray!’.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
