ROLE OVERVIEW

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced email marketing executive to join a vibrant, fast growing SaaS group based in great offices in Farringdon with a company gym and access to a wellness manager. A blend of home and office working is possible.

The Email Marketing Executive will be part of the AI Group Marketing Team, working closely with the CRM Marketing Manager and other members of the team to deliver on our CRM strategy and marketing KPIs. The key purpose of the role is to ensure we interact effectively with new and existing customers in order to build awareness, consideration, conversion, retention and customer advocacy.

The Email Marketing Executive may work on campaigns across any AI group brands, including Pulsar, Vuelio and ResponseSource.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Email Campaign Development

• Support the CRM Marketing Manager to deliver our CRM strategy and lifecycle journeys
• Write and create compelling email campaigns that effectively communicate with AI group core audiences
• Ensure email communications are sent on time according to strict campaign schedules
• Manage campaign assets in shared systems
• Test, track and measure campaign performance against KPIs
• Create A/B testing for email and landing pages to measure effectiveness and improve campaign performanceReport and analyse campaign performance against objectives to inform and improve future activity
• Support the wider marketing team on adhoc projects and activities

Data Management

• Ensure email marketing data is accurate and GDPR compliant when executing campaigns and collecting data
• Daily management of marketing data using Hubspot and Salesforce (ie update contact information, segment target audiences)
• Marketing leads management: including creation, updating existing information and sharing details with relevant teams using Salesforce
• Lead assignment: ensure marketing leads are created, updated and shared with relevant teams in a timely manner
• Action GDPR and subject access requests by checking and updating data using Hubspot and Salesforce

PROFILE

• Bacherlor’s degree or equivalent
• Formal Marketing or Communications qualification preferred
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in email marketing or communications
• Working knowledge of relevant email marketing software such as Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua
• Hubspot experience preferred but not essential
• Experience in managing data sets using CRM software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong copywriting and editing skills
• High attention to detail, flexible and calm under pressure
• Must be data driven with an analytical mind-set
• Proactive and willing to learn new skills
• A strong interest in tech and marketing, PR and comms industries
• Experience working in SaaS, technology or B2B preferred
