JOB TITLE: Finance Manager

2. ROLE OVERVIEW
Finance Manager within a finance team of twelve, reporting into the Financial Controller. The successful applicant will be a recently qualified Chartered Accountant and will have ideally worked for a top 10 accounting firm.
We work in a fast-paced environment and the role requires regular interaction with other departments, so it is important that the Finance Manager is adaptable, personable and can build rapport across the business. The role also requires an individual with a solid grip of technical accounting and reporting principles.
Experience of using Salesforce and NetSuite would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of monthly Group consolidation and board report tables
- Review of subsidiary company management accounts
- Payroll and pension administration
- Calculation of Sales and Account Management commissions
- Revenue and deferred revenue reporting
- Monthly flash performance reporting
- Management of product pricebook
- Lead for business process improvement projects
- Lead for response to annual audit queries
- Preparation of subsidiary company stat accounts (FRS 102)
- Contribution to preparation of Group annual report (IFRS)
- Information Security – All staff have a responsibility and an essential role to play in safeguarding Access Intelligence’s information and that of its customers. You are required to take all reasonable steps to comply with the Access Intelligence Information Security Policy and the polices and processes outlined in the Access Intelligence Information Security Management System (ISMS).

- Experience using NetSuite (accounting software) & Salesforce (CRM software) would be an advantage

6. SALARY, BONUS SCHEME & BENEFITS

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 based on experience
