ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Insights Manager to support in managing our small Insights team and its clients. In this role, you will have the chance to work with a variety of sectors and clients in a rapidly growing team.

You will be responsible for overseeing the processes to ensure the quality of our media analysis report outputs, that all clients are properly on-boarded and that reports continue to provide best practice media measurement and evaluation. You will support the Insight Executives, by providing guidance and quality control and will manage the pipeline by reporting on commercial activity and production processes. You will support in reporting on and delivering against financial targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementation of client brief to set expectations internally and externally
• Manage workflow of the Insight Executives and support in coordinating production teams to ensure timely delivery of reporting
• Quality control and distribution of reports to clients
• Provide training and feedback sessions for production and operations teams
• Guidance for Insight Executives with client management and best practice measurement and evaluation
• Direct management of high-profile clients
• Some hands-on production of media analysis
• Support in commercial growth activity and opportunities
• Tracking and reporting of commercial activity and workflow processes

PROFILE

Desired experience includes:

• Minimum of three years in Media Analysis / Insights management/ Account management
• Experience in, or knowledge of the PR and Communications industries is strongly desired
• Project Management experience
• Client / Account Management experience
• Line Management experience desired but not essential
• Use of CRM system, ideally Salesforce, and
• Work within PR/media analysis industry and knowledge of best practice frameworks.

SALARY, BONUS SCHEME & BENEFITS

Salary £35,000-40,000 depending on experience
