ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a fantastic opportunity for an approachable, proactive and highly organised team-player to help champion and develop our office environment and culture. It is a combined Receptionist/Office Assistant role in a fast-paced company in which you will be the face of the company and first point of contact for many of our guests and 200 employees.

Working with the Office Operations Manager, the purpose of this role is to foster a vibrant office environment which supports the efficiency, creativity and sociability of our people. As well as performing reception duties, you will help to develop and deliver a range of office and operations services to create a seamless and enjoyable workplace experience. This includes involvement in facilities management, company events, travel and HR admin.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Front-of-house
  • Full range of office administration
  • Events
  • HR-related tasks such as referencing and training admin

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

This role could suit a new graduate who is interested in office management or someone with existing reception or office management experience.

The successful candidate needs to notice and care about the visual environment; to forge great working relationships with people as they pass through the reception area, and to perform administrative tasks with a keen eye for detail.  Competent use of Office Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word is necessary too.

PLEASE NOTE: Although our standard working hours are 9:00-17:30, this role requires someone who can work 08:30-17:30.
